Meet Cara
Helping people feel better has been my passion for a very long time. I have been a massage therapist since 2004 and throughout that time I have been fortunate to work with talented PT's, a Chiropractor and many holistic healers of different kinds. I practice energy healing, by balancing the chakra system and I am also a certified hypnotist. My approach to healing is no longer just about the body. I believe we can only be our happiest and healthiest selves, when we approach healing, through the mind, the body and the soul.
My Specializations
I have had training in Lymphatic Drainage and I have also worked with pre and post op replacement surgery clients. I use some PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching techniques when appropriate.
