Renew, Restore, and Invigorate your Life with a Powerful Women's Weekend in Vermont. Our women's retreats are all about self discovery, learning how to center and heal one's self, by harnessing the tools to create balance in an increasingly hectic world. Take a few days away to dive inside yourself, detox the mind, get creative and connect with like minded individuals, in an open, loving and non-judgmental environment.
Meditation and Hypnosis
Take part in powerful group meditation. We will meet at least twice through the weekend to meditate as a group. Meditation is an amazing way to center yourself, calling upon divine energy to tap into the mind, body and soul connection, with love as the center focus. Group Hypnosis is a guided meditation, where we seek to discover ourselves or to bring about a certain change.
We believe in the infinite power of the soul and the divine harmony of connecting and nourishing ourselves in community. Through intentional gathering, in the spirit of celebration we heal, grow, and enjoy the beauty of spiritual advancement. In healing ourselves we heal the world.
Join us for group Yoga! Yoga is a practice of breath work and movement of the body to clear energy blockages and for health maintenance. Kellie layers the teachings of the 8 limbs of yoga with current scientific understanding throughout the physical class in the hopes that students leave inspired, making mind-body connections to continue living well. Her goal in her classes is for students to feel safe, supported, and soulful.
